2月18日，中共中央、國務院印發《粵港澳大灣區發展規劃綱要》。粵港澳大灣區已經成為正在召開的全國兩會上熱議的重點話題之一。廣東友好省州州長、外國駐穗總領、商會會長和外資企業高管等也紛紛表達對粵港澳大灣區建設的期待和憧憬。
