Guangdong has seen a steady and auspicious economic development in the first half of 2021, with a 13% year-on-year leap and a 5% two-year average growth in GDP, reported by the Statistics Bureau of Guangdong on July 21.

Judging from the major economic indicators, Guangdong's economy has seen several features in H1, such as the stable production of major produce, restoration of manufacturing industry, marked upturn of catering industry, fast-pace and continuous increase in export and import and new economy development in good shape.
