There are three types of free blood donation certificates in Guangzhou: "A card", "B card" and "C card". Different preferential treatment certificate application conditions are different, and the benefits that can be enjoyed are also different.
Guangzhou Preferential Treatment Card for free blood donors (A)
Application conditions:
Volunteers who have donated whole blood more than 30 times in Guangzhou or have donated more than 40 times in total, and volunteers who have volunteered within the blood donation services for more than 3,000 hours.
Preferential treatment:
Free use of public transportation such as buses, ferries and rail transit in the city.
Flexible employees will receive social security subsidies.
Priority is given to providing jobs, and priority is given to ensuring that children are enrolled under the same conditions.
If you go to a public medical institution for medical treatment, you can be given priority to medical treatment and be exempted from paying general outpatient consultation fees.
Those who meet the conditions can preferentially move into public pension institutions in accordance with regulations.

Guangzhou Preferential Treatment Card for free blood donors (B)
Application conditions:
Volunteers who have donated whole blood more than 20 times in Guangzhou or have donated more than 30 times in total, and volunteers who have volunteered within the blood donation service for more than 600 hours.
Preferential treatment:
Free tour of parks, memorials, museums, science and technology museums and government-priced attractions.
If you go to a public medical institution for medical treatment, you can be given priority to medical treatment and be exempted from paying general outpatient consultation fees.
Those who meet the conditions can preferentially move into public pension institutions in accordance with regulations.
Guangzhou Preferential Treatment Card for free blood donors (C)
Application conditions:
Volunteers who have donated whole blood more than 10 times in Guangzhou or have donated more than 20 times in total, and volunteers who have volunteered within the blood donation service for more than 480 hours.
Preferential treatment:
Free tour of parks, memorials, museums, science and technology museums and government-priced attractions.
The calculation of the number of blood donations and the duration of blood donation service for the first batch of residents who received the certificate will be until December 31, 2020. Guangzhou Preferential Treatment Card for free blood donors will also issue electronic certificates through mobile phones for residents to use.

How to apply for a preferential treatment card?
1.Required materials:
A small one-inch white electronic ID photo (the file is smaller than 1M, 32mmx22mm, 378 pixels (height) x 260 pixels (width), and the minimum resolution is 300DPl.
2. Follow the WeChat public account of "中國(guó)廣州發(fā)布" and reply [獻(xiàn)血].
