On September 1, the new campuses of Songqin Kindergarten and Capital Normal University Ziqi Experimental Middle School officially opened in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin.

Songqin Kindergarten is the fourth public kindergarten in Hengqin. Guided by its philosophy of "With a child's heart, building a bridge of dreams," the kindergarten is located east of Qianxi Road and south of Aiqin Road. The campus covers 6,900 square meters, with a building area of about 12,405 square meters.

On the first day, the kindergarten welcomed new students in three classes: junior, middle, and senior levels. With a total capacity of 18 classes and 540 student placements, the kindergarten will later launch specialized teaching activities that reflect the characteristics of Hengqin and Macao.

The new campus of Ziqi Middle School is situated on the north side of Gang'ao Avenue and adjacent to the Macau New Neighborhood in Hengqin. Covering 47,800 square meters, with a total building area of 61,000 square meters, the school is designed to accommodate 36 classes, significantly addressing the demand for school placements in Hengqin.

According to the principal, Ziqi Middle School was founded in 2021 and has now entered its fourth year. The school finally has its own new campus. It currently offers 22 junior high classes with nearly 800 students, including almost 60 students from overseas. "As a public school, we adhere to Hengqin's admission policies, with enrollment coordinated by the Livelihood Affairs Bureau."
