The total import and export value of Huangpu Customs reached RMB 1,796.58 billion in 2024, marking an 8.1% increase year-on-year.

In 2024, Huangpu Customs has optimized the regulatory process of the Dongguan-Hong Kong International Air Cargo Center to provide a more convenient and efficient import and export channel for the manufacturing industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA). The center has achieved an import and export value of over RMB 16.9 billion and served over 800 enterprises in the GBA.

It has also innovated a new regulatory model that enables efficient relay of bulk cargo at the maritime terminal, which reduced logistics costs for enterprises by RMB 80 million and effectively ensured the delivery of resources and energy to the GBA.

Huangpu Customs supervised a total import and export value of over RMB 230 billion for cross-border e-commerce throughout the year, significantly contributing to the import and export value of the electronic components distribution center in South China to surpass RMB 100 billion and has facilitated the development of the electronic components industry towards clustering, high-end, and branding.

By deepening the coordinated supervision between ports and local governments, Huangpu has enabled RMB 194.1 billion worth of goods for the pilot enterprises to clear customs rapidly. In 2024, the international train shipments of Zengcheng West Station accounted for 49% of Guangzhou's total and 41% of Guangdong Province's total, emerging as a new channel for international trade logistics in the GBA.

The AEO Guidance Center in eastern Guangzhou has officially opened, with 293 AEO enterprises in Huangpu Customs contributing to 54% of the import and export value.

In 2024, the total import and export value of the Dongguan Qingxi Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) reached RMB 17.9 billion, ranking first in the country and serving nearly 4,500 foreign trade enterprises. Preferential trade agreements and other policies have reduced taxes by RMB 73.6 billion for enterprises.
