On April 15, the 2025 Macao-Hengqin Grand Health Summit will be held jointly in Macao and Hengqin. The summit will adopt an innovative "1+4+N" format, comprising one opening ceremony, four high-level thematic sub-forums, two closed-door professional meetings, and a series of distinctive activities.

The event will focus on four key dimensions: cutting-edge health industry policies, breakthroughs in core technologies, industrial ecosystem development, and cross-border collaborative innovation. It aims to establish a multidimensional, deeply integrated international platform for exchange and cooperation across government, industry, research, and application.

The summit will not only feature the debut of groundbreaking products in the biopharmaceutical sector but also launch a cross-border collaborative innovation platform to drive the high-quality development of the biomedicine and health industry in both Macao and Hengqin.

Notably, the summit will bring together government officials from Guangdong and Macao, experts and scholars in the health sector, renowned pharmaceutical investment funds, and representatives from leading pharmaceutical enterprises. They will contribute insights and strategies to foster the high-quality growth of the Macao-Hengqin health industry.

The summit will take place on April 15 at Hyatt Regency Hengqin (hosting the main forum and three sub-forums) and MGM Cotai in Macao (hosting the fourth sub-forum), including the Main Forum in Hengqin, a sub-forum on new pathways for traditional Chinese medicine development under Macao-Hengqin integration, a sub-forum on biomedical technology transformation and application, a special session on smart healthcare and digital integration, and a FemTech-focused forum exploring the potential of women's health innovation.
